Bridgewater Bay is comprised of 8 distinct neighborhoods on 131 beautiful acres of preserve. Situated on 12 sparkling blue lakes, the 524 residences the community offers makes this place a home.

With carriage homes, coach homes, and single family homes also on the property, the variety of options to choose from is astounding. Most of the single-family options come with garages, but it’s best to inquire about each home if you’re interested.
