Spring Run Real Estate

Located in the beautiful Bonita Springs in Southwest Florida, Spring Run is a popular bundled golf community.  It has plenty of amenities for an active family or snowbirds looking to enjoy their retirement.

Whether it’s golf or tennis, the pool or spa, there is something for everyone to do here.

Spring Run was incorporated in 1998 and for the following four years was one of the fastest selling private golf club communities in the country!

Lucky for you, nearly 20 years later homes do come up for resale. You have the opportunity to make it your sunshine state getaway.

Part of a larger master-planned community called The Brooks, Spring Run shares some amenities with a few other gated communities in the area. These are located at the Commons Club, situated somewhat in the middle of the neighboring Brooks communities.

Spring Run Golf Club Amenities

Tennis, Bocce & Fitness

As a member of The Brooks, Spring Run residents have access to many great community amenities. These include four tennis courts, two bocce ball courts and pools. In addition they have access to the Commons Club amenities which include a state-of-the-art fitness center, The Rookery, a delicious restaurant with outside dining options, and even a private beach club located on the Gulf!

Golf

Some may say that the most important amenity at Spring Run is the golf. There is an 18-hole, par 72 course originally designed by Gordon Lewis and subsequently redesigned by John Sanford on 2014. There is also a clubhouse, putting green, and a golf shop.

As a bundled golf community, ownership here includes golf membership, requiring only annual dues. This is unlike some other communities that require exorbitant upfront costs to contribute toward equity or membership in the golf club.

Many people find bundled golf communities to be a much more affordable (and sensible) option.

Since golf is included in your ownership, the dues are sometimes slightly higher than in non-golf communities. At Spring Run, annual master HOA fees are $6,840 (as of this writing).

Neighborhood specific HOA fees vary based on home size and location but are typically around $900/quarter.

There is no better bang for your buck in Southwest Florida when it comes to bundled golf communities!
