Vasari Country Club Homes for Sale

Vasari Country Club Real Estate

Vasari is a lovely golf community made up of a combination of real estate options. This includes low-rise condominiums, villas, coach homes, and free-standing single-family residences. And, all of the homes are nestled among the lakes and wooded areas, making it feel private, yet close to everything.

Vasari is divided into 10 smaller neighborhoods all with unique names. For instance, the entire community draws its inspiration from Renaissance artist Giorgio Vasari. And this is evident in many of the neighborhood names.

If you are considering a condominium, you will want to explore Matera and Trieste. Are you searching for a coach home? Then check out Altessa or Cassia.

Would you rather live in an attached villa? Then you’ll find those in Bellino, Cercina, and Pienza. Finally, the carriage homes are located in Firenze and Toscana.

Most floor plans include 2- or 3-bedroom layouts. They range between 1,500 and 2,500 square feet. And the condominiums typically cost in the upper $200,000s to mid $300,000s.

The cost of the Villas and free-standing single-family homes are quite a bit more. The prices of these start in the $600s and stretch to over $1 million.

Vasari Country Club Amenities

Vasari is a bundled golf community with some great amenities. They include a fitness center, pool, spa, tennis and bocce courts, as well as a children’s playground and pool. The bundled membership costs just over $8,000 per year, but there is no food or beverage minimum.

Golf

The club is limited to 750 members and the 18-hole course opened in 2004, it has 18 holes and is a par 72.

No caddies are available at Vasari. You will enjoy many leagues and tournaments at Vasari, both men’s, women’s and mixed gender.

There is also a complete golf club repair and golf cart service center. Members love the specialty golf tourneys as well as the “twilight 9-and-dine”.

Club Life

Vasari has always been a great gated community, but they recently underwent a $6M renovation project adding additional amenities such as an outdoor bar and additional dining options.

If you are a social butterfly, you will fit right in with Vasari’s busy social calendar, because there is everything from Bridge and book clubs to educational seminars and art lessons.

One of the other benefits of belonging to Vasari is the group activities and day trips. You will enjoy a day at the park to watch the Red Sox at spring training. Or take a trip south to Artis-Naples for some culture. Vasari has it all.

Vasari Country Club Surrounding Area

Although many people considering a move to Southwest Florida flock straight to Naples, Bonita Springs is a hidden gem, just north of its flashier sister.

Vasari is located at the southeast corner of Bonita Springs, adjacent to the northeastern corner of Naples. This location provides easy access to the interstate, which will take you north to Fort Myers or South to Miami.

Vasari is also just a quick trip west to the beautiful Gulf Beaches. There are some amazing beaches in Bonita Springs and Naples, including Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key, and Delnor-Wiggins.

All of these are great for spending the day soaking up the sun or splashing in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

If you happen to be here for one of the few rainy days in Southwest Florida, feel free to check out local shopping. There are boutiques and galleries along 5th Avenue in Naples, or discount shopping at the Miromar Outlets in Estero.

If you plan to be a snowbird and travel back north for the holidays or summer, then you are in luck. The Southwest Florida International airport is just a hop and a skip away in Fort Myers. And, it is serviced by many domestic airlines and offers multiple flights per day to most major destinations.

If sunshine and golf are two of your favorite things, Southwest Florida is the place for you. And Vasari may just have the dream home you’ve been looking for.
