Pelican Sound Real Estate

There are few residential country club communities in Southwest Florida that can offer not only 27-holes of championship golf, but water access to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well. Pelican Sound Golf & River Club offers residents the best of both worlds.

Located in the heart of Estero midway between Fort Myers and Naples, Pelican Sound is a gated, master planned community with a variety of home style options in several different neighborhoods. There are a total of 1,299 homes here.

Pelican Sound was originally developed by WCI Communities, one of Southwest Florida’s largest and most prolific development firms and home builders.

Located to the west of U.S. Highway 41, also called Tamiami Trail, Pelican Sound is near the intersection of Corkscrew Road, which leads east to Interstate I-75. The property is bordered along the north by the beautiful Estero River, and to the west by Estero Bay and the Gulf.
