Memberships & Fees
It is worth noting that there is a mandatory $50,000 golf membership upon buying into the community. Dues are $1,288 per month, or $15,456 per year as of 2021. There are also other fees, such as $80/month for golf course renovations. Additional fees include a one-time real estate transaction fee totaling $2,000 upon closing; Food/Beverage minimum purchase of $1,600 yearly, and trail fees for owners of golf carts of $2,103.38 yearly.
