There are going to be 1,700 homesites within Verandah Club when the community is completed, with only about 200 yet to be developed. The majority of residences are single family homes, but there are several neighborhoods within the development that feature carriage homes, as well. As of June 2021, carriage homes sales were closing at around $180,000 to $225,000. Homesite prices start at approximately $150,000.
Neal Homes is the primary residential Builder in Verandah Club, along with Royal Corinthian Builders, a long-standing Southwest Florida custom home builder. Neal Homes features 9 different home plans ranging from 1,812 square feet to 2,907 square feet, with prices ranging from around $525,000 to $650,000 for finished homes in their inventory.
Royal Corinthian Homes has a model home in Verandah Club and has built 100 estate homes there ranging in size from 2,600 square feet to 8,500 square feet. The price points on larger custom homes start at approximately $1,000,000 up to around $2,300,000.

Private golf equity memberships are $26,000, with fees of $750.00 per month. You may also select a Social Membership for $4,650.00 and monthly fees of $151.00.
