Twin Eagles is a community of single-family homes and condominiums built in the early to mid 2000s. These residences range in price from around $300,000 to just under $3M. These homes are built by some of the leading builders in the area including Lennar, Arthur Rutenberg, and Minto.

The crown jewel of Twin Eagles is the Talon golf course, set in the natural landscape of tropical southwest Florida. According to their website, there are no initial fees to become a member of Twin Eagles but the annual dues are approximately $12,000 per year.

In addition to golf, there are trails for walking and bicycling, a resort style pool and an enormous clubhouse.

Tennis

If you’re interested in other sports, there are lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and pickleball courts, as well as a 2,500 square foot swimming pool.

Dining

If all this exercise gets your appetite going, there are plenty of dining options in and around the clubhouse. There is formal and casual dining in the clubhouse as well as a poolside bar and grille for more casual fare.

Unlike some clubs, there is no food and beverage minimum, but with the culinary expertise leading the dining options at Twin Eagles, you’ll exceed any minimum they ever considered putting in place!

The HOA fees and mandatory club fees are something to be considered. HOA fees range based on the size of your home but in general you can expect to pay upwards of $10,000 annually.

Some people claim that Naples is one of the best addresses in Southwest Florida, if not in all of Florida! In addition to the year-round sunny weather, Naples is home to stunning white-sand beaches, with endless opportunities for boating, fishing, and watersports.

Need to get out of state or out of the country? There are two airport options close to Twin Eagles. The Naples Municipal Airport in Naples services smaller aircraft, mostly private jets.

Also easily accessible is the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. Only about 30 minutes away by car, RSW is home to many domestic airlines and a few international ones.
