Let’s quickly breakdown the difference between bundled golf communities and equity country clubs.

Bundled Golf Courses

Firstly, bundled golf communities include the cost of joining the country club and golf course into the purchase of your home or condominium in the neighborhood. Typically, the costs are wrapped into the monthly HOA fee and do not require significant upfront costs to be able to take advantage of the golf course and country club’s amenities.

Often the membership in these communities is capped around 800 members in order to ensure that all residents in the community are still able to play golf several times a week if they want without worrying too much about long waiting lists for tee times or overbooking.

Bundled communities are an excellent option for those looking to invest in Naples real estate, as the membership is typically transferable to tenants while they lease the property (which is a huge amenity that can be offered to prospective tenants).
